The Exploratorium is one of San Francisco’s most beloved institutions. Originally opened to the public in 1969 and founded by Frank Oppenheimer, the exhibit floor conveys the view that art and science produce complimentary ways to view the world around us.

Originally located at the Palace of Fine Arts, 2014 saw the relocation of this educational icon to 330,000 square feet at San Francisco’s Pier 15, on The Embarcadero.

Working in collaboration with Bill Hill Design, our team provided design and implementation services for interior and exterior wayfinding, identification and donor recognition graphics, as well as a digital signage system.
